J&K Bank organizes customer meet in Udhampur
Jammu Nov, 24: J&K Bank Business Unit Moungri organized a customer meet that was presided over by the bank’s Zonal Head Udhampur Sushil Gupta. Besides Cluster Head Udhampur Rajesh Gupta, Head BU Moungri Amar Deep Singh and other bank officials, the meet was attended by a group of valuable customers including senior and prominent citizens of the society.
The meet was conducted with an aim to get a first-hand feedback from the customers about the banking and allied services offered by the Bank.
Zonal Head welcomed all the participants and highlighted the purpose of holding the meeting to improve upon the customer service of the bank besides having their valuable suggestions so as to serve the customers more efficiently and providing easy access to customers including women, senior citizens and children.
Speaking on the occasion, the Zonal Head sensitized the participants about the digital channels of the bank and the ease of doing banking through these channels. He also directed the staff to organize awareness camps to educate more and more people about the different government sponsored schemes besides digital products of the bank.
During the interaction, Cluster Head appraised the customers about various government schemes including KCC and Animal husbandry scheme besides overview of different social security schemes like Prime Minister SurakshaBima Yojna (PMSBY) and Prime Minister JeevanJyotiBima Yojna (PMJJBY).
The participants present in the meeting expressed satisfaction with the services provided by the bank staff. They also requested for installation of an ATM in the area.
Meanwhile, the local people hailed the bank’s efforts and expressed their gratitude towards its management for extending banking facilities to the unbanked areas especially for EBU at Panjar.
Lastly, Zonal Head thanked the valuable customers for interaction and also for sharing their valuable inputs to improve upon the services of the bank.
