Srinagar
A cordon-and-search operation (CASO) was launched by forces in Heff area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Wednesday.
Reports said that Army, paramilitary CRPF and special operations group of police launched CASO after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
The operation was underway, reports said.
However, there was no report of any contact between militants and forces.
