Authorities to impose restrictions, suspend Internet tomorrow to foil JRL-called Anantnag rally
Authorities have decided to impose “strict” restrictions and block mobile Internet in Anantnag tomorrow in view of a call for a march to the south Kashmir district called by the Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL).
Sources said that “strict restrictions” will be imposed in the district to foil the proposed public jalsa. Besides, mobile Internet service will also be snapped in the district.
JRL has said that they will organize a public rally at Lal Chowk in Anantnag tomorrow as part of their public outreach programme.
They have asked the authorities to allow their programme if they believed in democracy.
