Kargil shivers at -23.6 degrees, cold wave continues in Kashmir

Border town of Kargil recorded the coldest night of the season so far at minus 23.
6 degrees Celsius while the Kashmir Valley continued to experience dry and cold weather as the minimum temperature remained several degrees below normal.

However, people continued to enjoy the maximum temperature during the day which remained above normal as sun was out though winds also continued.
